 Royal Opera House venues brochure
The House is home to some prestigious events, from the BAFTAs to GQ Awards, and in this brochure we celebrate the flexibility of the venue. The complex design, which includes half pages, a strip of images and the finishing touch of a ‘belly band’ featuring the same images, the brochure suggests the sophistication and adaptability of the space.

 Royal Opera House menus
Produced quarterly, but with a different annual theme, sauce produce the Royal Opera House’s menus. Last year we played very much on the theatrical side of the House. Costumes and colour were used to represent a different operatic season.

 Royal Opera House menu paper
To create a theatrical theme, Sauce used photography of costume elements, to be used across a number of items, including the Royal Opera House’s menu paper. The menu paper enables staff to quickly and easily update menus, simply by overprinting them onto the paper, different versions of which are used for lunch, dinner, dessert and wine menus.

Royal Opera House Amphitheatre Restaurant signage
To guide customers to the Amphitheatre Restaurant, which is in the new part of the Royal Opera House, up an enormous escalator, Sauce created huge vertical banners, which appeared throughout the House, attracting attention and leading the eye to the restaurant’s location. The banners were digitally printed onto hard-wearing vinyl.

Royal Opera House Deli Bar signage
When the Royal Opera House needed signage for its Deli Bar, Sauce designed a fresh and contemporary sign, and took advantage of its position in front of a well-lit corridor by making it transparent.

 Royal Opera House promotional posters
Among the huge number of smaller items produced by Sauce for the Royal Opera House are these seasonal posters. By being colourful, fresh and contemporary, these follow the House’s ‘inclusive’ policy which is aimed at attracting younger audiences.
